Welcome to Laundryland (Pvt) Ltd. By using our laundry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read carefully:

1. Clothing Age Policy
   • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of clothing that is 3 months old or older.
   • Any items older than 3 months will be considered for donation and we will not be held liable for any issues or claims related to these items.
2. Stain Removal
   • We make reasonable efforts to remove stains, but we are not responsible for any stains that cannot be removed, or for any damage that may occur during the stain removal process.
   • Stains that are difficult to remove or that require special treatments may not be successfully treated, and we will not be liable for the outcome.
3. Damage or Loss of Clothing
   • In the unlikely event that your clothing is lost or damaged while in our care, Laundryland (Pvt) Ltd. will compensate you for the current market value of the item, based on its replacement price.
   • Compensation is subject to the item’s condition, age, and wear at the time of cleaning. We will not be responsible for sentimental value or any loss beyond the replacement cost.
4. Item Condition
   • Please ensure that all clothing items are free of valuable items such as jewelry, cash, or personal belongings before dropping them off for cleaning.
   • Laundryland (Pvt) Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damage to items left in clothing, including but not limited to keys, coins, or other personal effects.
5. Pickup and Delivery
   • Once your laundry is ready for pickup, we will notify you via the contact information provided. It is your responsibility to pick up the items within the timeframe specified.
   • Laundryland (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to dispose of or donate items that are not picked up within a reasonable time (usually 90 days after notification).
6. Payment Terms
   • Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning process.
   • We reserve the right to refuse services if payment is not received in a timely manner.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • Laundryland (Pvt) Ltd. will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
   • Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
8. Changes to Terms
   • Laundryland (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
